Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer and today we're taking a look and installing the CURT four-pole trailer wiring harness on a 2024 Hyundai Palisade. If you have a hitch on your vehicle, it's always worth maybe adding that four-pole trailer wiring harness. So if you're ever in a situation where you do have to hook up to a trailer or tow something, maybe just once or twice, you're gonna have the light functions that will translate to the taillights on the trailer keeping you safe and legal when you use your running lights, your turn signals and brake lights. This kit in particular is specifically for the Palisade and that makes it super easy. So it tees into your factory wiring of your taillights by using a OEM style plug. So it just kind of jumpers in between the two. more

Hey guys, it's take Jake with etrailer. Today we have a 2023 Hyundai Palisade and we're gonna be taking a look at and I'm gonna show you how to install the Curt 4-Pole Trailer Wiring Harness. Now the biggest reason why you would want to install a four-pole trailer wiring harness on your Palisade is because you're wanting to pull a trailer that has a four-pole wiring harness. If you want to pull a trailer that has brakes on it, you're gonna wanna upgrade to a seven pole. We have an ETBC7 kit on our website that will go great with the Palisade and this Curt kit in order to get brakes and your auxiliary and your reverse lights to that trailer. But for our case, they're wanting to pull a small utility trailer that does not have any, it doesn't have the seven pole, and it doesn't have brakes on it. more

Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer, and today, we're taking a look at the CURT Factory Plugin 7-Way Connector on a 2021 Hyundai Palisade. This 7-Way just simply plugs into the factory connector as you have a tow package on your vehicle. And that way, you can hook up to your trailer, giving you your running lights, brake lights, turn signals. Now also, this is gonna be required if you plan on using a brake controller. So, this is a good option, that way, you can adjust those trailer brakes, and use 'em while towing. Now, it's easy access and spring loaded here, so when you put your plug in, it's gonna lock that in place, and also, it's going to spring close. more

Hello, neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer, and today, we're taking a look at installing the CURT 7-pole trailer wiring harness on a 2022 Hyundai Palisade. Now having a seven pole is gonna give you your lighting functions when pulling a trailer, and also the potential ability to be able to have a brake controller. Now, in order to have that brake controller, you are gonna have to pick up a few more things to make that work but a seven pole is required in order for that to be a possibility. Now, this is a, for a factory tow package which makes it simple to just plug and play. And overall, the installation's very easy. Now we've gone ahead and mount it up to the factory mounting point, that was on the factory hitch that had a factory four pole but we've swapped it out. more

Hey everybody, how's it going Today, we're gonna be going over and showing you how to install the Tekonsha T-One Trailer Wiring Harness here on our 2022 Hyundai Palisade. So, a trailer wiring harness is gonna be one of the few things that you're gonna need in order to tow a trailer with your Palisade. So, in addition to this, you are gonna need a trailer hitch and you're also gonna need a ball mount/hitch ball. All of which we have here at etrailer. Now, the trailer wiring harness, the job this is gonna do is it's gonna transfer these signals for our lights, from the vehicle to the trailer, so we can let other motorists out on the road know what we're gonna be doing. A lot of the times our camping trailers are actually gonna block the taillights on our vehicle here. more

However, looking at both of them side by side, they're so similar. Really, the only difference that would kinda make me lean more towards the Curt wiring is the fact that it has an additional fuse, so just a little bit more protection on our vehicle's electrical system. more

Hey there Hyundai owners, staying here 2021 Hyundai Palisade, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install, to conscious four pole flat trailer connector vehicle wiring harness. And this is what our wiring looks like when it's installed. It is designed to stay outside the vehicle so it's here at the back ready whenever you need it. The dust cap included with it can be used to secure it to your hitch when not in use, and also protects it against any dirt, debris and moisture when you're not using it. Our four pole flat trailer connector here is gonna provide us with all the necessary lighting signals for our trailer which includes our left turn signal, right turn signal, tail lamps and brake lamps. Hi there, Hyundai owners. Today on your 2020 Hyundai Palisade we're going to be taking a look at and showing how to install Tekonsha's four-pole flat trailer connector vehicle wiring harness. Your wiring is installed and stored underneath the vehicle. You've got a couple of different mounting options. The most traditional way to get it all mounted up is to install it, run your wire over, and secure it to the safety chain loop on your hitch.
